Senior Project Manager – Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager who can effortlessly switch between business and tech.

You’ll be right in the middle of the action: multiple projects at once, different stakeholders, constantly shifting contexts. You keep the overview, safeguard progress, and make sure teams keep delivering — without getting lost in complexity.

You understand how digital products are built, speak the language of both developers and business, and know when to structure… and when to simply decide.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide multiple digital projects from start to delivery
• Act as the bridge between business and development teams
• Facilitate Scrum processes and safeguard delivery
• Structure and manage work through Jira and Notion
• Set clear priorities and keep stakeholders aligned
• Switch quickly between projects without losing the bigger picture
• Detect and solve issues before they escalate
• Ensure teams focus on what truly creates value

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar role
• Experience in an agency environment (must)
• Used to managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Notion
• Knowledge of JavaScript (required)
• Experience with Productiv is a plus
• Strong affinity with digital products and development workflows
